"This has been a favorite everytime i come thru walnut cove i usually get the strombolis, the waitresses and waiters are always really nice but i don’t kno if its the owner or manager a short older man but he isn’t too nice to hiss employees very unprofessional"

"I live near Milanod in Walnut Cove, and eat their food three times per month. It is so consistent. The all meat Stromboli is great. Pizza is solid too, thin or hand tossed crusts are good for me, meat lovers or whatever. Get 2 large one toppings and get a free bread stick order. The buffet is good, they have a chocolate dessert pizza; it is a nice way to finish of lunch on Sundag."

"This restaurant is very clean with a nice helpful staff. I ordered these two salads to go .Not only were they delicious but were beautifully put together.I also bought a piece of tuxedo cake.and a large pepperoni and cheese pizza.both were as delicious and appealing as the salads."

"I just ordered yesterday from milano's in Walnut Cove. I called in my order so it would be ready for pick up on my way home from work. When I got there they told me they didn't have my order I'm guessing it just was misplaced. I had to wait for them to make my order. The cashier's / waitress was very friendly and nice and the restaurant looked clean. I hadn't been to the restaurant since before COVID but the food was good."
